BNA's US based client servicing organisation works in synchronization with our India based operations teams. These teams are located within partner organisations in multi-locations in India.

This model allows for seamless consistency between the proposal, and the various phases of implementation, deployment and ongoing operations.

This approach assures you of immediate access to key personnel globally irrespective of time differences.


During early stages of project implementation, key members of our team may spend time at the client's premises. BNA always encourage a team from the client to spend time with the BNA partners' team in India.

This facilitates our ability to manage change requests and respond immediately to market influences that affect the business.

There are several process plans available. Each client's requirement is understood and the approved requirements are mapped on to our process plans. Once this mapping is done, final approval is taken from the client on a case to case basis. Please refer to BNA's Data Entry Process Plan, as a sample.
