BNA
has completed the site preparation for a 30000 Sft office space
for Siemens Communications Systems, which involved Complete Interior
Design and Implementation integrated with all services like electrical,
air-conditioning, UPS and generators, fire detection, communications,
networking etc., in an extremely short period. The site was handed
over ready to occupy in 85 days (ahead of the completion time of
90 days allowed by the client). This was made possible by the superbly
coordinated efforts of a large work force (more than 300 skilled
workers were mobilized for the project) ably supervised by officers
of BNA.
The
client was suitably impressed and rewarded BNA with a similar assignment
(Area of building - 12,000 Sft), which has also been completed and
handed. BNA has simultaneously built up a strong pipeline of prospective
assignments from other clients, mostly involving Site-preparation
for large areas.
While
the Siemens assignment was the first Turnkey Site-preparation job
carried out by BNA, its professional approach, which enabled the
job to be completed well within an extremely tight timeframe, was
much lauded and an enthusiastic client response provided the encouragement
to seek out similar assignments. While BNA has been involved in
most site-preparation jobs in Bangalore as the prime networking
contractor, a larger role in the entire exercise, which goes beyond
its networking expertise, would be very satisfying. And with its

All
the above mentioned services are provided by BNA directly, either
through in-house staff or its regular subcontractors. Air-conditioning
is the only service that BNA does not offer directly but works closely
with specialist contractors whose work it coordinates. At short
notice BNA can mobilize as large a work force as required for projects
of upto 50000 Sft with time frames of between three to four months
Its
in-house contract administration department, comprising of engineers
with experience in site preparation assignments, is responsible
for all aspects of the project like timeframes, tender and non-tender
items, and quality. It will coordinate with the client, prepare
and submit management reports.

biggest strength has been its ability to innovate, which has seen
it execute a diverse variety of assignments, ranging from dancing
fountains to nurses call systems for corporate hospitals. It is
presently involved in setting up a computerized Queue Management
System for the Tirupati-Tirumala Devasthanam Board.
